Job Summary

The Sustainable Production Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for assisting the Logistics Manager in overseeing the staff and operation involved in sorting and pricing wares/clothing. This role requires ensuring that all related functions and activities are carried out efficiently, as well as administering company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of sustainability and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Logistics Manager in supervising the staff involved in the sorting and pricing of wares/clothing.
  • Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day workflow of employees.
  • Assist with performance evaluations and employment actions, including discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Implement and maintain sustainable practices in the production process.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and insured/reliable vehicle.
  • Background check.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to speak/read/write proficient English. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to traverse warehouse to observe physical inventory.
  • Prolonged periods standing (up to 8 hours).
  • Ability to lift/pull/push up to 50 pounds at times.
