Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter/Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects through effective communication and follow-up
  • Utilize scripting and technology platforms to efficiently manage sales interactions and track progress
  • Meet or exceed sales performance metrics, including appointment set rates and sales demo rates
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • 2+ years of call center experience with a proven track record of sales success
  • Excellent phone skills and ability to follow a script
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • High school graduate; some college preferred
