Compensation and Benefits
Competitive hourly rate of $145/hour for 1099 independent contractors, with malpractice provided. Self-employed tax exempt benefits and deductions available. W-2 pay package option also available.
Work Schedule and Responsibilities
Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 7:00pm, with no more than 40 hours per week. No weekends, no holidays, and no call or callback responsibilities. The successful candidate will perform a full range of physician services, including examining, diagnosing, treating, and prescribing courses of treatment. They will also provide preventive and health maintenance care, order diagnostic tests, and request consultations or referrals as needed. Additionally, they will direct and teach other medical staff, provide educational lectures, and participate in in-service training for clinic staff members.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Family Medicine setting within the past 4 years. Must have a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school in the United States or Canada. Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in any state is required. Board eligibility is required, with board certification preferred. Must also have a valid BLS certification and be able to pass a Government background check and obtain a Government security clearance.
