Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Bellefontaine OH. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

• Provide basic and advanced levels of Respiratory Care services to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Completion of registry exam within one year of graduation.
• Current certification in ACLS, PALS, and BLS.
• Active Ohio or compact license.

• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of respiratory care equipment and technologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
