- Education: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Ohio.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of home health care experience required, with a minimum of two (2) years of management experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clinical staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
