We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Bellman and Doorman to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Cleveland. As a key member of our Rooms and Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of memorable.

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival experience.
• Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, providing assistance with luggage and other needs.
• Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
• Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, and in-room safes.
• Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, ensuring the safekeeping of guests' belongings.
• Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage.
• Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation as needed, recording advance transportation requests as necessary.
• Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience necessary.
• No license or certification required.
