About the Job

The Administrative Assistant II/Receptionist plays a crucial role in supporting the President/CEO and other executive team members. This dynamic individual will be responsible for performing complex administrative tasks, coordinating responses to assignments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafts and edits correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the President/CEO.
  • Coordinates meetings, appointments, and events, managing travel itineraries and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Maintains organized filing systems, databases, and spreadsheets for staff information, vendors, contracts, and community partners.
  • Provides exceptional customer service, handling phone calls, mail, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent typing, word processing, scheduling, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and maintain confidentiality when necessary.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
