  • Product Development and Delivery
    • Work with product teams to develop and deliver product features and user stories that meet business requirements and customer needs.
    • Define and ensure appropriate testing frameworks for product features.
    • Collaborate with data stewards to ensure required data quality controls are identified and implemented.
  • Performance Metrics and Analysis
    • Identify and monitor key product performance metrics, including financials, network volumes, and customer feedback trends.
    • Analyze and interpret data to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.
    • Develop and communicate findings and recommendations for performance improvements.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Build and lead high-performing product teams, empowering them to make decisions and drive results.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience
    • 6+ years of experience in product management or engineering in financial services or tech industry.
    • In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in product management or engineering in financial services or tech industry.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Agile product owner and/or Scrum certification.
    • Project management (PMP) certification.
