    • Address and respond to family questions and concerns.
    • Ensure high-quality services align with the organization's mission.
  • Collaboration with Center Director
    • Work closely with the Center Director to implement and monitor systems, supports, and programs.
    • Oversee client service quality and staff supervision efficiency.
    • Provide clinical and administrative support as needed.
  • Adherence to Core Values
    • Embody and model the organization's values of Passion, Accountability, Celebration, and Kindness.

Requirements
  • Administrative Skills
    • Ability to manage and oversee multiple clinical and administrative operations.
    • Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
  • Clinical Expertise
    • Deep understanding of clinical practices and effective supervision and guidance to Clinical Supervisors.
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to support and address client and family concerns.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with other leaders and staff.
  • Qualifications
    • Previous experience supervising BCBAs.
    • Completion of a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing (BCBA).
    • Completion of 8 hours supervision course approved by the BACB.
