About the Position:

  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining protocols and answering questions
  • Position patients correctly and ensure accurate alignment with scanning devices
  • Monitor patients during procedures and provide support as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control checks on CT equipment to ensure proper functioning
  • Participate in continuing education programs to stay current with advancements in medical imaging
  • Communicate effectively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and results

Requirements:

  • Degree from an accredited program in radiologic technology
  • Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
