Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 support to clients in both independent and group settings.
  • Review and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collect session data and ensure timely documentation.
  • Foster healthy communication, social, and behavioral skills.
  • Deliver interactive therapeutic support to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to enhance positive behavioral outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma with a willingness to complete the RBT curriculum and obtain certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children.
  • 1 year of experience in a direct care human services role preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable utilizing technology for daily documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
  • Open to receiving and implementing feedback.
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and run during shifts.
