This role is responsible for ensuring seamless infrastructure releases across various environments, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid setups. As an IT Infrastructure Release Manager at Compunnel, you will be the primary point of contact for all infrastructure-related changes, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth release execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a structured release calendar for applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
  • Coordinate and lead effective release planning meetings to ensure alignment across application, infrastructure, and cloud teams.
  • Manage end-to-end infrastructure/application release cycles, coordinating on-premises and/or cloud environments to minimize disruptions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in system integration, infrastructure release management, or IT operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices for Change, Release, Incident, and Problem Management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow for managing release and infrastructure deployment workflows.
