Job Title: Lead Store Associate

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Store Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for assisting the Management team in the daily operations of the store, leading by example, and maintaining a strong energetic presence on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Management team in the daily operations of the store
  • Lead by example, demonstrating consultative selling techniques and maintaining a strong energetic presence on the sales floor
  • Represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador, providing top-notch customer service and educating guests on our products
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and leadership to ensure feedback and business updates are shared in a timely manner
  • Perform daily responsibilities, including people leadership, cash handling procedures, and inventory processing

Requirements:

  • Sales driven and goal focused
  • Experienced in coaching, training, and mentoring Sales Associates
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in a retail environment, or 6 months of experience for Curaleaf Team Members
  • A great multitasker with impeccable decision-making skills
  • Excellent in communicating effectively with team members and guests
  • Someone who takes initiative and is a team player
  • Strong experience and attention to detail in cash handling and POS operations
  • Willing to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
