Job Summary

Cadrex is seeking a skilled Assembly Operator to join our team. As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling work in progress (WIP) parts to produce finished goods (FG) through various processes, including sonic welding, heat staking, gluing, inserting screws, and other assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and label parts
  • Milling, routing, punching, sanding, and inserting parts
  • Document production and scrap on daily sheets
  • Report defects or issues to supervisor
  • Work safely and comply with OSHA standards
Requirements
  • No previous experience necessary
  • Basic communication and math skills
  • Ability to take direction and retain information
  • Previous experience in injection molding or manufacturing assemblies a plus
Work Environment

The Assembly Operator will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to high places, fumes, or airborne particles.

Physical Demands

The Assembly Operator will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
