Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and market rates.

Job Responsibilities

This position involves loading parts onto the production line by sales order, color, and special criteria. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

  • Load parts densely, keeping up with the line speed
  • Ensure parts do not hold water, affecting overall product performance
  • Rotate positions as needed to meet production demands
  • Utilize labels to identify correct part colors
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Be comfortable working overtime when production needs dictate
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Have excellent color differentiation skills
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
