Job Overview

We are currently seeking compassionate and patient Caregivers/Direct Support Professionals to join our team. As a Caregiver/DSR, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, helping them achieve their goals, and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
  • Support individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Help participants engage in their favorite activities and become part of the community
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No high school diploma required
  • No experience necessary
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $16.00 per hour, paid time off, holiday pay, and a full benefits package for full-time employees, including 401(k) with a 3% company match. You will also receive paid training during orientation and while working within the program.
