At ST2 ManTech Advanced Systems Intl, we're seeking a highly skilled ITAR Compliance Manager to join our team in the DMV area. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive national security while advancing your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise and guidance on compliance with Department of State regulations governing the manufacture, export, and temporary import of defense articles and services.
  • Consult on the management of international supply and export orders to ensure compliance with ITAR requirements.
  • Advise on the proper flagging and tracking of ITAR items in shipping paperwork.
  • Ensure that tools and training materials for operational processes related to logistics and export activities are updated and aligned with regulatory compliance.
  • Provide advice on license applications and navigate export filings with carriers while ensuring adherence to ITAR regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor subordinate project staff members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Seven or more years of related experience.
  • If a candidate does not have a degree, four additional years of experience are required.
  • If a candidate holds an Associate's degree, two additional years of experience are required.

Clearance Requirements:

  • This position requires an active Top Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
