Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Old School Painting LLC. As a residential and commercial painter, you will be responsible for preparing and performing high-quality exterior and interior painting jobs in various settings.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced painter who is looking to take their skills to the next level. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service. A strong attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply paint using proper techniques and equipment
  • Interact with customers to evaluate requests, price projects, and troubleshoot issues
  • Select appropriate materials and quantities for new and existing projects
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or other means necessary
  • Mix, match, and blend paints to achieve desired colors and consistency
  • Repair holes and cracks using caulk, putty, cement, or plaster
  • Inspect paint jobs for quality
  • Maintain painting equipment on a daily basis
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling/home repair
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
Salary:$45,000 - $60,000 per year

Estimated Salary:Based on industry standards, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $52,500 per year, depending on location and experience.
