Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Technician to join our team as a Patient Care Technician (PCT). The PCT will provide direct patient care and support to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatments in our outpatient dialysis center.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and be comfortable working with electronic medical records. They will also need to have a strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and be flexible to adjust to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatments
  • Collect and record patient information, vital signs, and lab results
  • Educate patients and families on dialysis treatment options and related topics
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a related field such as nursing assistance or phlebotomy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
