The Opportunity
This is a full-time role based in Aurora, Colorado. The base salary range for this position is $163,200 to $172,800 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care
- Oversee two offices, developing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with District Medical Directors and Operations Partners to solve problems and shape organizational priorities
Requirements
- At least 2 years of primary care experience, with a minimum of 1 year managing a team of providers
- Currently licensed or able to obtain licensure in the state of Massachusetts (Colorado license required within the first 12 months)
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build successful relationships with team members and external stakeholders
