The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $140,000 per year, based on national averages and location. This figure may vary depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and performance.

Job Summary:

This position involves providing professional nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines, and rendering individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, delegate, and utilize independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care
  • Systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals
  • Participate in hourly rounding and observe safety guidelines and safe work practices
  • May be asked to be in charge for a shift(s) and supervise other members of the healthcare team

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience, including neonatal ventilator
  • Certification in specialty area of practice preferred
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
  • CPR, ACLS as applicable by Facility/by Department
