About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at TRC Total Renal Care Inc. as a Dialysis Nurse in an outpatient setting. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential complications, and take proactive steps to prevent and manage them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
