Account Development Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Development Specialist to join our team at COLOURS INC in New York and Northeast Pennsylvania. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, account management, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue in the commercial coatings market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through proactive communication and support.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions and services that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to anticipate client needs and position our offerings effectively.
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the coatings industry.
- Deep understanding of commercial and industrial coatings, including types, applications, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of an organization.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
