Job Title: Automotive Technician

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team of skilled technicians at Christian Brothers Automotive, where we pride ourselves on providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity, and a people-first philosophy.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles to the highest standards
  • Build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
  • Complete thorough and accurate courtesy vehicle inspections
  • Work collaboratively with the service department to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
  • Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Work closely with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results
Qualifications:
  • A positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
  • 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
  • ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
  • Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles
  • Meet or exceed hourly goals
  • Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
  • Professional appearance and strong communication
  • A desire for long-term career development
Physical Requirements:
  • Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
  • Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
  • Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
  • Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
  • Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
  • Drive manual transmissions vehicles
  • Efficiently navigate a computer
