- Leadership and Management: Demonstrate leadership and management skills to promote a positive work environment and ensure effective team collaboration.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- License and Certification: Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required, plus specialized certifications as needed.
- Experience: 1-3 years technical experience required.
