Responsibilities
As a Nursing Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment and surfaces
Participating in daily nursing reports and taking detailed notes
Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition and making independent decisions when necessary
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current, unencumbered, state nurse aide license
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
A desire to help people and work with a team to make it happen
