The successful candidate will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and promote a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough medical evaluations and provide diagnoses for patients with work-related injuries or illnesses
- Develop and implement treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to coordinate patient care
- Provide education and training to patients and employees on workplace health and safety
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Nursing and certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in occupational medicine or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and guidelines
