Olympic Sports and Spine (OSS) is in search of a Clinic Supervisor for our outpatient rehabilitation facility. The Clinic Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, which includes patient management, staff supervision, physician collaboration, and financial oversight. Work hours are structured as 4x10 or 5x8 from 7:20 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

We provide competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and an $8,500 Signing Bonus. OSS is looking for a Physical Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic care, proven leadership abilities, a willingness to develop advanced management skills, and a passion for leading a successful outpatient clinic. Prior experience in clinic management is preferred.

Why Join Us:

OSS prides itself on manager mentorship. Each manager is paired with a seasoned management mentor from the start, ensuring continuous expert guidance. New managers will also engage in a year-long, multi-course mentorship program that focuses on practical skill development and a comprehensive understanding of clinic management.

OSS encourages candidates to demonstrate their interest and potential for success rather than requiring extensive prior managerial experience.

Clinic Supervisors at OSS enjoy remarkable professional growth opportunities. Our managers lead various clinical initiatives, including Pelvic Health and Industrial Rehabilitation, contribute to our extensive clinical education programs, which encompass residency and fellowship training, and play a significant role in our national recruitment efforts. This role offers a dynamic and diverse professional experience with a supportive community of fellow managers.

OSS Commitment to Clinical Excellence:

At OSS, our dedication to clinical excellence and our commitment to education shape our organizational culture. This culture is characterized by:

  • Structured mentorship for therapists (Includes a comprehensive year-long curriculum)
  • Leading Continuing Education funding for all therapists
  • A continuous schedule of clinical education workshops led by top educators
  • An in-house educational calendar featuring multiple nationally recognized courses each year
  • APTA Accredited Orthopedic and Sports Residency and Manual Therapy Fellowship Programs.

Personalized Care

At OSS, we believe in one-on-one patient care. Each patient is treated individually, ensuring that they receive the full attention of a licensed rehabilitation professional at every visit. We do not double-book appointments, which allows for a focused and effective treatment experience.

Benefits:

  • Matching 401K, medical insurance, paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays.
  • Opportunities for advancement
  • Flexible work schedules
  • Company-wide events and celebrations

Equal Opportunity Employer:

OSS is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity within our workforce. We do not discriminate based on age, ancestry, citizenship, color, ethnicity, family or medical leave, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, national origin, disability status, political affiliation, veteran status, race, religion, or sexual orientation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  2. At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic environment.
  3. Demonstrated leadership experience in previous roles.
  4. Current State Physical Therapist License (or in the process of obtaining).
  5. Current CPR certification.
