Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Endpoint Engineer to join our team at Logicalis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our global workstation and mobile device ecosystem. This includes overseeing all endpoint maintenance activities such as imaging, patching, and application deployment/management.

Responsibilities:
Develops and implements solutions for workstation requirements utilizing SCCM, Intune, group policy, scripting, and Active Directory. Collaborates with the global Endpoint team and reports directly to the Endpoint Manager based in the UK. Attends local Deskside meetings (On behalf of Endpoint), and provides detailed minutes as necessary. Delivers weekly reports on project status and progress. Works closely with the Global Service Delivery Team to drive change initiatives on a global scale. Conducts regular device cleanups and manages the Endpoint Queue. Evaluates software requests and provides necessary reports. Manages Endpoint problem tickets and submits bulk ticket requests. Addresses security vulnerabilities and remediation/alert requests. Provides macOS support, including OS, app, and hardware testing and provisioning. Offers hardware support for North America and manages NA escalations. Oversees the Endpoint Deskside Teams chat and processes privilege account requests. Performs SCCM health checks and deployments in SCCM/Intune. Troubleshoots issues related to AD/SCCM/Intune and creates Endpoint documentation.

Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications Equivalent combination accepted.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.

Experience / Technical Requirements: 2+ years of technical support, customer-facing, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.

Knowledge of various PC hardware and software applications including:

Operating Systems:
Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11. Office 365 Support. User creations/terminations (tasks/requests). End-user self-service tools. Cloud support - multiple device data syncing. ServiceNow or other ticketing systems. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office365, Outlook, etc. Internet Service Provider (ISP), Cable Modem, and Internet Support. Effective troubleshooting and documentation skills. Experience navigating a knowledgebase. Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in SCCM for workstation management, including creating, deploying, and troubleshooting applications/packages. Ability to generate reports on deployments, hardware, and compliance, as well as monitor SCCM environment health. Experience with Intune, supporting device enrollment and managing group policies with WMI filtering. Solid understanding of Active Directory, including forests, security groups, and account management. Familiarity with Windows 10 and 11, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting of applications and settings. Experience with Apple Macs is preferred, along with knowledge of JamF for device management and encryption. Proficient in scripting via PowerShell/DOS to enhance workstation management in SCCM/Intune. Understanding of certificate management and its application in a corporate environment.
