Fundraising Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Development Manager to join our team at CAIR-LA.

About the Job:

The Senior Development Manager will be responsible for leading our fundraising efforts, including annual fundraising, donor development, and special events. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of American Muslims and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage CAIR-LA's fundraising efforts.
• Develop and implement multi-channel fundraising initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Communications team to create campaign assets.
• Manage the Development team in implementing a comprehensive donor stewardship program.
• Build relationships with donors and oversee the creation and implementation of donor recognition programs.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: $90,000 - $105,000 commensurate with skills and experience.
