Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Vision for Hope in O'Fallon, IL.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as part of our evidence-based therapy services.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy or a related field, be credentialed as a BCBA, and have experience working with individuals with ASD. You will work closely with our clinical team to provide supervised field work and support the development of Registered Behavior Technicians.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000-$90,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability, tuition reimbursement, and 401(k) matching.

• Develop treatment and behavior intervention plans for individuals with ASD
• Utilize function-based approaches and teaching procedures based in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Analyze data on treatment goals and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians
• Provide supervised field work for clinical team members to obtain BCBA or BCaBA credentials
• Maintain BCBA credential by earning continuing education units

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy or related field
• Credentialed as a BCBA
• Experience working with individuals with ASD
• Ability to lift and carry children/adaptive equipment (at least 50 pounds)
• Ability to assume various postures for extended periods
