IT Helpdesk Technician

Position: Site Support Specialist | Remote Opportunities | Career Advancement
Compensation: 6 Month Contract to Hire, $22-28/HR, $55k upon conversion (Salary based on experience)
Work Environment: On-site 5 days a week - reliable transportation required. 8-5pm PST

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Support Specialist, addressing both hardware and software issues. Collaborate directly with healthcare professionals, including nurses and clinic staff, to resolve tickets.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in IT support
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
