**Job Title:** Mental Health Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team at the ICE Detention Facility in Jena, LA. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will provide high-quality patient care, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including diagnostic interviews, cognitive testing, and behavioral observations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, taking into account the patient's unique needs and circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:

• Masters or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Licensure or certification to practice in the state where the duty station is located.
• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly those with severe mental illness.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mental health disorders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
