You will work closely with various departments across the company to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Your deep experience, preparation, and judgment will enable you to plan and accomplish goals, making you a valuable asset to our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in providing senior management, internal departments, and subsidiaries with legal support, advice, and information.
  • Draft and review contracts regarding customers, dealers, distributors, banks, consultants, vendors, equipment leasing companies, real estate leases, and governmental agencies.
  • Participate in major customer, dealer, and management functions to understand Company's business and goals, and to assure legal compliance.

**Requirements**

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and membership in good standing of the New Jersey Bar or eligibility to practice law as in-house counsel in New Jersey.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate counsel capacity or with a law firm counselling businesses and corporations.
