Associate Director of Admissions Data Insights

Shenandoah University is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director of Admissions Data Analytics to join its Office of Admissions. This is a full-time benefited position located on our main campus in Winchester, Virginia.
About the RoleThe Associate Director of Admissions Data Analytics will be a key member of the Office of Admissions senior leadership team, responsible for designing, maintaining, executing, and summarizing all recruitment and admissions-related analytics. The incumbent will work closely with various campus partners and systems to develop reporting structures that are efficient and accurate.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a range of scheduled reports, including working with external vendors to resolve data-related issues.
- Collaborate with the AVP of Admissions and Recruitment and other admissions and non-admissions staff members to provide timely and accurate admissions and recruitment-related reports.
- Design and continuously assess admissions predictive models.
- Stay up-to-date on global, national, regional, and local admissions, labor, and societal trends, and technology to assess their impact on Shenandoah's recruitment operations.
- Develop and regularly update dashboards and reports that monitor key performance indicators of the work of the Office of Admissions.
- Serve as the liaison for recruitment-related data needs for other University offices, including Institutional Research, Office of Marketing and Communications, Student Financial Services, Registrar, Advancement, Alumni Affairs, and Student Affairs.
- Proven experience with relational databases, including SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and ACCESS.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume setting and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse constituencies.
- Experience with higher education SIS and CRM systems, specifically Ellucian Colleague and Technolutions Slate CRM.
- Required: Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred: Master's degree or higher.
