About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - Neuro Acute Care to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a member of our medical staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the neuro acute care unit, utilizing your expertise in nursing practices and protocols.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in neuro acute care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters open communication and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 6 months of hire.
  • 12 months of experience or less as a newly licensed nurse.
