About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at NHC Place at Cool Springs. As a PRN SLP, you will have the opportunity to work in a hospital setting, providing high-quality care to patients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree from an approved curriculum in Speech Pathology or its equivalent
  • Tennessee Speech Therapist license and Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech/Language/Hearing Association
  • Experience working in a hospital setting and conducting MBSS
  • Flexibility and reliability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
