- Carry out other tasks as assigned by management.
- Assist with front-end duties to maintain a standard of minimal wait times.
- Announce promotions and special offers via the PA system.
- Support product receiving and storage processes.
- Possess a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Capable of lifting 25 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions and information.
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to maneuver a loaded grocery cart throughout the shift without assistance.
- Ability to climb and maintain balance on a step stool or ladder.
- Ability to perform repetitive arm and hand motions.
- Ability to reach above shoulder height and horizontally to stock and retrieve items.
- Ability to work in various conditions and temperatures, both wet and dry, for extended periods.
