About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Dental Arts of Surprise. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care and promoting oral health to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough dental hygiene services, including cleanings, exams, and patient education
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and outstanding clinical outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies to provide the highest level of care

Requirements:

  • Current dental hygienist license in Arizona
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening
  • CPR Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any years of clinical experience
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prolonged periods sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
