  • Regularly inspect facilities for safety hazards and ensure compliance with sanitation and quality requirements.
  • Effectively schedule shifts using appropriate tools to meet business needs.
  • Complete other duties as assigned to support the success of the warehouse operations.

Supervision:

Direct: Warehouse team members.

Relationships:

Internal: Warehouse leaders, coworkers, and internal customers.

External: N/A

Work Environment:

Work in warehouse environments, cooler, and freezer areas.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of warehouse distribution experience.
  • Minimum of one year of workforce oversight experience.
  • Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
  • Basic computer skills.

Travel:

10% travel required for meetings and training.

Education/Training:

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HACCP certification a plus.
  • PCQI certification a plus.

Physical Qualifications:

  • Must be able to perform a variety of physical activities.
  • Refer to the detailed physical requirements for the position.
