ROLE SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of this position is to provide exceptional customer service, process transactions, and package purchased items. This role embodies the philosophy and standards of our establishment while engaging with customers. The individual will report and assist in resolving service and sales concerns as needed. A comprehensive understanding of the store's operations and customer service protocols is essential. Building strong customer relationships is a key focus. Responsibilities include completing sales, assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking shelves, merchandising products, conducting inventory checks, and collaborating with a close-knit team under the guidance of the store manager. Participation in achieving store objectives is expected.

Qualifications

Knowledge
  • Capability to perform basic reading, writing, and mathematical tasks.
  • Experience operating a cash register.
  • Preferred: A minimum of one year of experience in retail.

  • Effective verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Basic proficiency in computer and math skills.
