Customer Experience Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Daiso USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock management.
- Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of products.

Estimated Salary:
$40,000 - $55,000 per year.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
