Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. As an SLP, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and providing therapy to individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders, and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Therapy and Intervention: Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients, using evidence-based practices and techniques to improve communication skills.
- Progress Monitoring and Documentation: Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, educators, and families, to achieve client goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure and Certification: State licensure and certification as an SLP.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse client populations.
- Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality services and achieving client outcomes.
