The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in physical therapy, be licensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state of operation, and have at least nine months of experience in the field.

About the Role:

As a Home Health Physical Therapist with AccentCare, you will be responsible for providing skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes. You will develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet individual patient needs, collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure informed decision-making.
