About the Job

Are you a seasoned Oracle EBS functional implementation specialist looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team at CRM Force.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in defining systems requirements, designing and prototyping solutions, consulting with users on process transformation, testing, training, go-live, expertise in system cutovers and defining support procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies for improving operational finance processes and associated applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and increase efficiency.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure effective use of Oracle EBS by end-users.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure alignment with Oracle best practices.
  • Participate in the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose recommendations to management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of work.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, finance information systems, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of Oracle EBS (eBusiness Suite) functional implementation experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Cash Management, TCA Customer Model, SLA, EB-Tax.
  • Complete and thorough knowledge of EBS integration of Supply Chain, Finance and manufacturing process.
  • Prior experience working with businesses that had intercompany and multi-currency transactions.
  • Data analysis and management of all operations data not limited to but including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, WIP, BOM, Master Data.
