Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Munson Healthcare is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our imaging services team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) technology.
Responsibilities- Perform CT scans and other diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Operate imaging equipment and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of radiologic and CT procedures and techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with departmental policies and procedures, as well as industry developments and best practices.
- Completion of a two-year accredited radiologic technology program, including coursework in anatomy and physiology, radiation safety, and CT procedures.
- Current registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT and radiography.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient service skills.
- Desire to be part of a team and passion for imaging in the medical field.
