Child Development Therapist

Located in a nearby district to Tanner, AL, we are seeking a skilled Child Development Therapist to join our team as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) for the 2024-2025 school year. This role offers guaranteed hours, benefits, and mentorship opportunities.

• Fulfill your passion for child development by providing direct and indirect speech therapy services to elementary students.

We're looking for an experienced SLP or SLPA with a strong background in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues to create personalized plans that drive student growth and success.

This is a full-time position offering 35-40 hours of work per week, aligned with the school calendar. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young students and contribute to a supportive educational environment.

• Design and implement evidence-based speech therapy programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess student progress and identify areas for improvement.
