Position Classification: Non-Exempt
Key Responsibilities:
- Support patients, registered nurses, and physicians within the clinic.
- Prepare for patient visits by reviewing relevant medical information.
- Collect and organize imaging reports and laboratory results.
- Assist in the preparation for clinical procedures.
- Measure vital signs and update patient medical histories.
- Contribute to various clinical tasks as required.
- Notify supervisors of any disruptions in workflow.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Respond to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
- Provide coverage for other clinics when necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Ability to proactively address challenges.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.

- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision capabilities are required.
