Mental Health and Housing Navigator

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health and Housing Navigator to join our team at Social Service Staffing & Recruiting, Inc. in California. As a key member of our social services team, you will navigate and connect residents with mental health and housing resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate and connect residents with mental health and housing resources.
  • Identify and develop linkages with community-based services for residents.
  • Support participants in stabilizing and ultimately transitioning to permanent housing placements.
  • Collaborate with agency staff to improve clinical understanding and effectiveness of service provision.
Qualifications
  • ASW/AMFT/APCC certification or relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in providing effective clinical services within a context of harm-reduction practices and voluntary services.
  • Strong clinical observational and assessment skills.
  • Experience in creating and conducting trainings.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
