Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other team members to ensure the highest level of care for our guests.
- Administer medications and provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to our guests.
- Assess the health status of our guests and notify the physician of any changes or concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each guest.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes for our guests.
- Current LPN licensure in the state.
- CPR certification.
